Intercom Is Now An Integration Partner

We're excited to announce that Feederloop now provides an official Intercom integration which you can find in the app store.

You can now start audio and video calls as well as observe customer screens from Intercom conversations.

Intercom already provides one of the best customer communication platforms available. It's trusted by small companies and large enterprises round the globe.

Adding audio, video and screen sharing calls into the mix means you'll be able to:

How Does Feederloop Integrate with Intercom?

With the Feederloop app installed into your Intercom workspace, you'll have two ways to incorporate audio, video and screen sharing calls into your conversations.

Join Their Session

By clicking the Join in Feederloop card found on the right hand side of any conversation, a new tab will open which will connect to the customer's browser in real time.

At this point you'll be able to watch as the customer browses your website. You'll see everything they see, just as if you were sitting right next to them.

This puts you in a perfect position to help with support queries by seeing exactly what your customer is seeing. You can even start a video call with them at this point.

Request A Video Call

You'll also have the option to request a video call straight from an Intercom conversation.

By clicking the Feederloop icon at the bottom of your chat window, a call request card will be sent to the customer. If the customer accepts the request, you'll be connected to their session via the Feederloop dashboard where you can start the video call.

Getting Started

If you're a new customer who doesn't have a Feederloop account yet, the quickest way to get up and running will be to install the app via the Intercom app store. Once the app is installed in Intercom, you'll add the Feederloop widget script to your website.

If you're an existing Feederloop customer, you can setup the Intercom integration by navigating to Admin > Integration in your Feederloop dashboard.
