LiveAgent Video And Screen Sharing

We're excited to announce that Feederloop has partnered with LiveAgent to bring video chat, screen sharing, co-browsing and session replays to their platform.

How do I add video to LiveAgent?

Activate the LiveAgent integration within your Feederloop admin dashboard to add video to LiveAgent.

Once the integration is active, a link will be available during customer conversations which when opened, will immediately connect you to the customer without them ever leaving your website.

LiveAgent Screen Sharing and Co-Browsing

By opening the Join in Feederloop link found on the right hand side of any conversation, a new tab will open which will connect to the customer's browser in real time.

At this point you'll be able to watch as the customer browses your website. From here you'll be able to start a video chat or even co-browse with them.

This puts you in a perfect position to help with support queries by seeing exactly what your customers are seeing.

Getting Started

If you already have a Feederloop and LiveAgent account, the quickest way to get up and running will be to navigate to Admin > Integration in the Feederloop dashboard. From here, simply activate the integration on the LiveAgent card.

The next step is to add a new ticket field in LiveAgent which is where the video chat link will be placed. Full instructions for doing this can be found here.
