What does Feederloop do?

Feederloop adds a widget to your website or web app which provides video, voice and screen sharing calls with anyone on your site. Visitors on your site can initiate a call with you or you can proactively call them.

Your visitors and customers don't need to leave your site or download anything.

What happens after the free trial?

The 14 day trial provides you with all of Feederloop's features without restrictions.

At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to the Free Starter Plan described above. The Free Starter Plan is a great choice for small companies or solo founders who only need one agent.

If you require additional agents and capabilities, please upgrade to the Business Plan.

Who counts as an agent?

An agent is anyone who is able to accept or initiate calls, watch visitor sessions or listen to voice messages.

Additional users can log in to Feederloop for free if they want to manage teams, billing or any other functionality. You are only billed based on the number of agents you require.

Is a separate chat tool required?

No this is optional. You can use Feederloop as an Intercom App or as a completely stand alone tool.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes you can cancel at any time. If you are on a paid plan when you cancel, you will not be billed again.

You also have the option to increase or decrease the number of agents on your account at any time based on the above pricing.
