Purpose of the service

Feederloop is a service that allows website owners to view the screens of their users and talk to them. This allows for more relevant support and product development.

Billing and fees

The Service operates as a Software-as- a-Service (SaaS) model with recurring payments. You may choose between monthly or annual payments. You must pay the Fees to Us as specified in Our invoices. Fees depend on Your choice of Subscription Plan and optional add-ons. Information about Our plans can be found on Our Pricing Page. All Fees quoted on Our site are inclusive of GST or any other taxes that may be applicable in Your jurisdiction. All credit cards are billed automatically on monthly on the Account activation date or the same date annually. It is Your responsibility to ensure that there is sufficient credit on the supplied card to cover these transactions. By recording Your credit card on Your account You authorize for Your credit card to be debited, with any associated invoices created in relation to Usage of the Service on the invoice issue date or shortly thereafter. You are responsible for keeping Your credit card details up to date and ensuring sufficient funds available on their credit card for Us to obtain payment in accordance with this Agreement. If You terminate this agreement by closing Your account, there will be no residual credit supplied or pro-rata for the remaining portion of the current month or year.

Using Feederloop

Your obligation to your users

As the owner of your website, you owe a duty to your users to protect their privacy and allow them to understand how they are being tracked, and enable them to make sensible choices. Specifically it is your obligation and sole responsibility to:

• Make sure your users are informed and accept their session information (including page content) being sent and stored by Feederloop.
• Ensure you comply with all applicable laws and regulations by using Feederloop on your website.

By installing Feederloop on your website, you accept liability for failing to adhere to the above conditions.

Keeping your account safe

To avoid leakage of data, it is your responsibility to keep your account safe by not disclosing your login credentials, account information or user information.

GDPR

Feederloop is designed to comply with EU GDPR rules.

Termination

Feederloop may terminate your access to all or any part of the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your Feederloop account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
